"Called today and had to get an appointment for our son. The ease and politeness in which Lisa handled our many many questions was unbelievable. We noticed we have made several Google reviews in the past but tended to be on the negative of other businesses. Lisa was so impressive and kind we had to do this review. Unparalleled kindness, service and the Dr called promptly and made the whole call and experience untroubled whatsoever. I highly recommend anyone that can get in to see these guys, they will take care of you!"
"Met Dr Nassim a few weeks ago...After reflection of “the encounter” I would like to share my experience. My son has had surgeries for infected tonsils and adenoids. He gets sinus infections easily and they want to stick around they don’t go away after 1 course of antibiotics. (Everyone is different) This Dr implied several times I am wrong to just walk in that I needed to see the ENT. Which I tried to do. Just three days before Christmas it’s hard to get an appointment with a specialist. She felt it was necessary to list her degrees and that she has never had a lawsuit. (Still wondering why I needed a lecture from her at all) - after about 10min. She told me I was, in short, abusing the business model of walk ins. I’m crying at this point because of how rude she was being in front of my 6 year old. I would think as a pediatrician it IS profoundly unprofessional to act like Mother Superior. On another note: the rest of the staff is great in both offices. Beware of Nassim though I’m surprised someone so socially ill equipped is a pediatrician. She did prescribe him an antibiotic. **A note for the Dr** If you are having a bad day - do not be unkind to parents with sick children they are already having a bad day. Is it necessary to boost your self esteem to make people feel so small???? I think not."
"I have three children who are seen by this practice; two for 6.5 years and one since their birth 3 years ago. They are easily the best peds we've seen. Flexible with scheduling/rescheduling and offer walk-in sick appointments plus Saturday morning hours. The health app they use, Healow, makes refills and accessing your child's medical chart a breeze. Best of all, they genuinely care about your children and form rapport/ relationships with them. They also listen to parents' concerns, which had been a problem with a previous pediatrician - largely because I was a young mother at the time. Ped #1 refused to take concerns of asthma seriously (even with family history), which lead to us switching. All IN Pediatrics immediately addressed the problem and diagnosed my son, with a few simple tests, in 25 minutes. A couple years later, I was worried about an immune deficiency in the same child. Doctor did not believe there was reason for concern but again, took my concerns seriously and agreed to test for one. The results were positive and a referral to a specialist was made. I am including these stories in the review because I know how important this can be to the health of our children, and unfortunately not all peds are so responsive. Lastly, our favorite practitioners are: * Amy Wells, our primary * Dr. Irwin, who has since moved on to hospital care(?), I believe * Dr. Mescia, who was amazing help and support when my youngest was an infant"
"They miss diagnosed my baby twice !!! Never going back!!!! Nice staff but the fake nurse practitioners need to go back to school!!!! Not everything is a virus!! My baby could of died twice with zero help from them!!! Please if you love your kids and they are super sick go to the urgent care or ER. They actually will save your child!!!!"
"Dr Mescia is amazing!!! He comes in and sits down and takes his time with you and the kid(s). He asks questions, tells you things that are normal or expected for the babies age. He's never, ever rushed. Before he leaves he always asks multiple times if we have any other questions or concerns. He's very knowledgeable. I've never thrown anything at him that's stumped him. He explains things medically and then breaks it down in "real" words that's easy for people without medical degrees to understand. He laughs and jokes with the kids and the parents. Highly recommend him!!! DO NOT go to Dr Nassim however!!! As far as doctors go, she's worthless. I could help and diagnosis somebody as well as she can. She is very short and huffy when you ask questions. I was still trying to talk to her and ask about my sick child and she was shutting the door and walking out as I was talking. She also told me it was IMPOSSIBLE for my 17 month old to dehydrate! Even though she was throwing up and had diarrhea every few minutes. What a crock! You'll waste your time and money going to her. You'll end up taking your child to urgent care anyway after seeing her to get some answers"
