"The female staff is less then friendly and that's putting it mildly. Had an (appointment) but sat in a room for OVER a hour waiting on the Doctor. No TV, no magazines, no games, no books for kids... No nurse even came in to apologize or let me know the doctor was on his way! You want your customers on time... You don't think we're busy or have other things to tend to? At least have the decency to be on time or at least apologize for over a hour wait in a small room bored staring at 4 walls! This office clearly lacks professionalism and mutual respect. To put up with the rude staff and waiting this long... No thanks!"
