"The nurses and front desk staff are very nice. Dr. Kupper himself is very rude and does not have good bed side manner. He went into topics that had nothing to do with the doctor appointment and filling medications when asked multiple times not to. Then proceeded to tell us that when we asked him to stick with only medicine topic that we would not dictate how things were done and he was the one prescribing the meds so that if we did not like how things were done there was the door and we could leave. He is very unprofessional and just plain rude. Will never take any other children placed in my home there. The prior visit he talked with my kiddo placed in my home about her trauma and made very inappropriate comments causing her to become very upset. I do not feel this is appropriate ways to handle yourself as a professional especially working with children."

"Dr.kupper is amazing! I wouldn't see anyone else! He treats my kids as he would his own. The staff is also amazing. I moved an hour away, out of state, and still make the drive to see him! He is very caring, and compassionate. He also answers the phone after hours. He goes above and beyond for his patients!"

They truly seem HAPPY to see patients at check in. Office is extremely clean and well kept. Dr. Kupper is confident in his practice and uses logic + medicine. I highly recommend!"
