"The Vinyassa class with Robin teaching Thursday at TR Yoga studio on Lindell Street in downtown Martin, TN. was awesome! The studio has a calming environment and I felt comfortable and welcomed walking in. Reviewing as a beginner.. I have attended a few yoga glasses at a gym, but TR Yoga is totally different.. not just a stretching class. For me, it was a total mind- body- spiritual experience! What I have learned about Yoga here is to focus on connecting the mind to the body through deep breathing and the yoga poses to be better able to listen to what your body is saying. There is a deep relaxation at the end when the lights are turned down and the eyes are closed. This was my third class and when I finally stopped resisting and let all my thoughts come and go, I saw a purple eye shape moving into the center turning into a circle, over and over until the bell was rung and the class concluded. I have read about people having similar experiences like this during Yoga and I am so glad that it happened to me! Highly recommend TR Yoga for anyone who is seeking to improve the health of your body and mind!"
