"Don't waste your time. It depends on insurance, and va is not their favorite. I've been there twice and told the same over 5 years that nothing can be done. Really gone down since Dr. Davies retired. This time, there did not even see Dr.Gruber just seeing his APRN, and he said after all the imaging and a 10 minute office visit, my problems did not warrant surgery intervention. Needless to say, I have done the injections, several bouts with physical therapy, and a chiropractor with no relief and after 5 years fighting with va I get approved for more treatment and told the same as last time. Just not worth the back and forth and I am sure if it was private insurance other than va contract they would be all over it. Place was alot better and busy when Dr.Davies and the other Dr's at that time was there. Just really nit at all happy with this group and lack of concern for my issues"
"Would not address my daughters issues. Deflected every question put to him. He said her pain was orthopedic not Neuro. His nurse was v.ery kind and patient."
"Unfortunately I never got to see Dr. Gruber. My initial visit was with Jonathan, his PA. I never felt like Johnathan took my pain or my case seriously. I do only have one majorly degenerated disc but it causes me excruciating pain 24/7. Very early on even before the opportunity to consult with Dr. Gruber I was told I might just have to learn to deal with my back pain. Not very encouraging advice to a patient only needing one disc repaired, a moderate surgery at that. The wait to see Dr. Gruber became more than I could bear and I opted to seek out another doctor. If you want prompt service this is not the place to go."
"In icu now Dr Gruber just yesterday performed a crantionomy to remove my brain tumor a epidermoid brain tumor also rarest type of brain tumor and was located deep as you could have a tumor in your brain and was midline. It was pushing against my corpus collasum and size was in between a large egg and baseball and causing seizures and walking problems and was only getting worse . I'm here to tell you this man is literally a genius and I would recommend him to anyone he is a top tier brain surgeon and as good as they get this man saves lives. Im obviously in alot of pain but besides that I'm still fully functional and expecting to make full recovery 5 star rating all the way. Thank you Dr Gruber"
"I had a large brain tumor in 2016. Dr. Gruber saved my life. We are lucky to have him in Paducah. I am alive today because of his work."
