"My father is a long time patient of Dr. Martin. He was in the office this morning for a scheduled appointment. He had a problem with his electric scooter, and ended up falling off the scooter and hitting the ground. The nurse pictured in the photo rushed over immediately, sat on the ground, and cradled my Father's head on her lap. They notified the EMS people to help get him up and into a wheelchair. While waiting for EMS, they checked his vitals. The whole staff made this nightmare manageable, but that woman who put my Dad's head on her lap deserves to be recognized. Employee of the Month, On the Spot award, something. She went above and beyond her scope of her duty, and I appreciate her effort. I'm sorry I didn't get her name."
