"The people are wonderful, but ALLSTATE the company is a joke, when I switched to them (4 years ago) my car insurance was around $48.00, the same car and coverage 4 years later (with no tickets or accidents) has increased to $78.00, a car that has decreased in value, had an increase in insurance price… non sense. I switched to another insurance company and got back to the 50.00 range. (With better coverage) So if you have noticed your rates have gone up, call other companies and compare prices."

"Not happy with this agency nor All State for not letting me switch to a different agency within the company. They have lost our business as I am currently searching a new carrier. I suggest you move along and skip these folks."

"We're the only ones in our neighborhood who didn't get a new roof after the hail storm because we have Allstate. Apparently, our house had some sort of magical force field around it when the storm came through. Our roof suffered just like everyone else's but Allstate didn't care. That storm probably took 10-15 years off the life of our roof. I am very unhappy and will be shopping for a new company."

"Not impressed. Rates continuously increase, and apparently they don’t care if you’re thinking of leaving after nearly a decade. If you call to talk to someone about your rate, only answers you get are “it is what it is” and “go ahead and switch”. I really was made to feel like my business doesn’t matter to them, and I am not valued as a customer. So disappointed. Shall I take my home and auto policy elsewhere?"
