"Not far off of fire service road 120. Former home to Grover Marler, he built the home with plans to retire here. However when the TVA flooded the area he was moved out along with many others in the area. There is but a concrete and block shell of the former home. Most of which is covered in graffiti."
"Very cool little place from the past. I wish I could have seen it back when it was alive and still operating. It’s is a booger to get to, but is worth it. It is a quick .6 mile hike to it and back to the car. Very cool little find!"
"Beautiful hike, but be aware that the drive out has many narrow spots and traffic goes both ways. The building itself is awesome to see!"
