"Fist appointment i had set up for my teenage daughter went great. Showed up for her appointment today after waiting 45 minutes past her appointment time i asked about the time there was still another person in front of us nothing was said about running behind. I canceled and left we will not be returning. If we showed up 45 minutes late we would have been charged a fee and the appointment would have been canceled. Time is money I didn't waste your time but mine was wasted."

"Love my provider Clint rayhill. However trying to get a prior authorization on a med I have been on for years. I can’t even get anyone to call me back. Curious the amount of blood on their hands due to not returning calls…."

"I've recently started seeing Kim Vilt and she is amazing, you can really tell how passionate she is about this field. She is so soft spoken and is actively engaged in what you have to say. It was quick getting back and only took me about 45 minutes to get in and out. Only downside is how booked she is, so you'll have to schedule out weeks in advance if you're needing to reschedule. I wish there was a way to send a direct message to her about questions and or concerns but that still doesnt take away from how greatful i am to go here. After reading the review, I've seen a lot talk about the front desk staff but I've never had an issue or a poor incounter with them. Of course everyone has different experiences but so far everyone has been pleasant to me and others that are in the office."
