Our goal is to provide comprehensive and effective case management, behavioral/mental health, and therapy services that promote quality of life for individuals and their families.

Our home and community-based targeted case management services are comprehensive, individualized, and strength-based, tailored to the needs of each client and family. We also offer therapy services for individuals and families at risk, in crisis, in need of motivation, or life skills, with a focus on rejuvenation, reunification, or preservation of the family unit.

Our treatment plans address client strengths, coping mechanisms, management of mental health concerns, and services for probation and rehabilitative services after release. Services may be covered by health insurance, Medicaid, or Employee Assistance Plans, with a private pay fee schedule available for uninsured individuals based on income.
