"Only use this service if you want to be constantly billed from a company in California when you make the checks payable and mail them to a Mt. Sterling address. This company does not communicate to their billing office out of state, therefore, you get repetitive bills that are not calculated right to account for your payments. Also, I have paid my bill completely in full and I am still getting billed along with threatening letters to turn me into a collection agency when the bill is paid in FULL. If the owner of this company is reading this....my advice to you if you want to continue to do business anywhere you need to fire your billing company because they are a POOR EXCUSE of a company. I am having to send them a SECOND email to show proof that I have paid this bill and you have cashed my checks at the local Whitaker Bank. I am very disgusted and will never use your services and will never recommend you. It disgusts me when someone pays their bill and you still get hassled. I could understand if I didn't pay my bills."
