"We love this place. My 3 children and I all get our teeth cared for here. The front desk is always so helpful with scheduling and billing. The staff (hygienists, dentist, ect.) are great at listening to concerns, addressing problems, making sure you are comfortable and cleaning teeth! We’ve had fillings and extractions done(after a different pediatric dentist botched several of my sons fillings), all done professionally and also kindly. My kids LOVE going to get their teeth cleaned here! Highly recommend!"

"I have lost literal quality of life for the last 3 weeks due to this place. The front staff there are rude , every time you talk to them. I had gum pain, ended up with a tooth extraction and now, after several other opinions, an oral surgeon. One of the other dentist I saw said exactly "this was a horrible, violent extraction" and when I go back today , because no other dentist will "fix another dentist's mistake" I was told I should not be in pain and he sees nothing wrong. They are incompetent dentists to say the least. Even the ONE kinda nice receptionist got snippy with me today after they tried to refer me to a oral surgeon who only accepts medicaid patients under 21. I know this because I'd just spoken with them. She even tried to tell me I was wrong and then told me that I could call someone else. Like isn't that your job? Please, I beg you, please never go here for anything !"

"I've had a great experience so far here and the Google reviews definitely misrepresent this dental center. The dentist did great at explaining my situation with my cavities and walked through a plan with me. The staff have been very kind and have made me feel comfortable. I just had a filling done and they did a great job. I'd definitely recommend."

"I was supposed to be getting impressions for my dentures. Instead I was told I’d need 3 fillings first and that no impressions would be done. I had zero prior knowledge of filling’s being needed. Then the dentist argued with me that I had been told rather than just doing the fillings which I agreed to go ahead with already. She also managed to tell me 4 times about me needing to pay for the dentures in advance. I had already told her that was fine and gotten my card out to do so. Then it was decided it would take several more visits to do the fillings instead of doing them today as apparently was what they had me down for. It’s not the patient’s responsibility to make sure enough appointment time was blocked off for what needs to be done.They seemed to be far more concerned with the financial aspect of the dentures than anything else. Although I assured her several times I was prepared to pay today. Seems as soon as I said that I suddenly needed several more appointments to get things done. Hmmm nice money making racket. She was incredibly rude and could have simply stated what was needed without repeatedly telling me I had been informed when I had not. She also refused to answer my questions about the necessity of said fillings today when those teeth wouldn’t be involved with the impressions at all."
