Communication is everything, as long as you communicate your concerns or needs directly to them they are happy to see it through till you get what you need!"

"I had a few appointments at this counseling center, and was fairly pleased with what I was starting to work on with my therapist. Then a week or two ago I had an appointment scheduled and had written it down in my phone but never got a message to remind me it was scheduled. So I didn’t go, and realized after the fact that I had missed it. I was checking my bank acct to see if the cancellation/no show fee was withdrawn and nothing was. So I am assuming the counselor decided to stop treating me without telling me. I called about it and haven’t heard back. It was unprofessional on their part and I wish I’d had notice. I know it’s very common now a days but it is something to consider."
