"Someone needs to report UofL's College of Education & Human Development to the FBI or something. They've denied individuals who were highly qualified & worked at UofL for years to become Dean of the department because of their race. The hiring committee found someone of a desired race but that person declined the offer because they felt that they weren't qualified for the job. I think this is illegal."
