"Definitely one of my most disappointing purchases. Everything was handled over the Internet in the store, even you know I told them I was uncomfortable with it because I really wanted to see what I was purchasing. I picked up my couch. It was in a box. Within 15 minutes of me getting home with these boxes, I called the store back and told them I was very disappointed in the couch that it was very cheap looking And very uncomfortable even you know we paid $1100 for it. She immediately told me they have no return policy. Please go to a real furniture shop because this one is not it. And they will not work with you at all. Proceed with caution when dealing with this furniture store that’s really not a furniture store. It’s just a front for an Internet based store. I went into the store and looked at the couches on the Internet. There was one set of couches in the showroom. And they gave me the option to exchange it for one other set that is the one that was in the showroom. And then wanted to charge me approximately $450 more for the one option that they gave me. Buyer beware."
