"I called Home Goods about a month ago and I asked the young lady who answered finally taking the phone up I asked her if they were hiring she got gave me an absolute NO!! Don't know who she was but I know when you answer your phone you don't answer like that and she was rather rude and that's why I would never even shop in their store if that's how they treat you on the phone and they don't even know you what's it going to be like whenever you go into the store"
"Love the home good pieces. Uniquely different and truely affordable. Customer service amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable. Took my items to the front and held the merchandise while I continued to shop. Great service!"
"Find a different Homegoods to shop at! I used to love shopping here. Today completely changed that. I found two identical blankets in the clearance area, and was very excited about it, because who wouldn’t want throw blankets for nine dollars. Then, when I went to go check out, they scanned all of my items, and right before I went to pay another cashier, walked up and told my cashier to pull those two blankets aside so she could check the price.! Because she didn’t think they were marked correctly. I asked her why she didn’t think they were marked correctly and she lied saying something about them being Ralph Lauren Brand, which they were not. When I pushed her to give me a reason why she left her checkout line to come check the blankets that I was purchasing, she refused to give me an answer. When I demanded an answer, she vaguely pointed to the managers saying “they told me to come over.” When I approached the managers to speak to them about this, they couldn’t tell me why my blankets were pulled out. One of them even told me she was busy “dealing with their Olive Garden dinner order “ (while pointing at their food)and insinuated and she didn’t know what I was talking about. I then had to explain to them that pulling my blankets out to check the price insinuates that I changed the sticker price and was trying to steal from them. At that one of the managers apologized, while the Olive Garden toting manager shook her head yes and said “well yea.” Like she thought I had done that. The unprofessionalism was absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention how embarrassing it was to have this happen. I will not be returning to this location."
"I've not been in a store with so many organizers! I was looking for counter top lucite bins for vitamins. One isle was kitchen and another, closet. Reasonably priced. Struck it rich!"
"Freshly opened (Oct 2022) and still clean! This Home Goods store was packed with merchandise and people. The isles are a bit of a squeeze at times but worth the effort if shopping for holiday related decorations and gifts. We already started our Christmas shopping thanks to this place. As long as they keep it clean and stocked, we'll be coming back."
