"Disappointed with the sectional couch I bought. The look is modern and cute and I get compliments on the looks of it. However, the couch is not comfortable, the cushions are lumpy and poor quality (the pillows and cushions are equivalent to what an airline gives you for international flights). Over time the cushions have gotten flatter and more lumpy.The middle leg that is supposed to stabilize the couch was too short because it was missing an additional piece and it wouldn't screw into the bottom of the couch. When we called and complained they sent us $75 back which I hardly think is enough considering the prices of these couches. Needless to say, my husband found a work around and fixed it somewhat. I will never purchase from this website again. Do not trust the online reviews on the website as they didn't even offer me a chance to review my couch after I bought it and I'm sure I am not the only one."

"Purchased a coffee table with inconsistent coloring and not like the stock photos presented. I tried to post my photo on a review on the website multiple times, to no avail. I’m guessing they don’t want you to see it. After months of correspondence with their service rep, they could not resolve or provide a satisfactory solution. In the future I would go with a company that has a better commitment to their customers and products."

"Do not use this company!!! While my employee was getting loaded they damaged our trailer. Put a hole in the roof. Refused to take responsibility for causing damage to our trailer. The manager and employee were extremely argumentative, and aggressive (because they knew they were at fault). It's sad that while trying to make a living you deal with such dishonest, and unethical customers. I will tell all about this experience, and advocate to not do business with such grimy people!!! GOD SEES ALL!!"

"I ordered a pair of the Lyra Nightstands from Edloe Finch. These are poor quality nightstands. One of the drawers was not properly fitted and requires excessive force to pull open. The drawers also have no hardware – just wood on wood – which is unacceptable at this price point. Even IKEA drawers have hardware that allow for smooth operation. The backing of these are also made with MDF board – a type of plywood. This is again unacceptable at this price point. All that aside, the Edloe Finch customer service team wouldn’t allow me to return the side tables. I initiated the return conversation with one of their team members within the 30 day return window. I followed up with them asking for a return address after the 30 day window, thinking I had already initiated the return process, and was told told that they wouldn’t accept my return anymore. I escalated to a manager and was told the same thing. Incredibly poor customer service. I will not be shopping at Edloe Finch again and will make sure to tell all of my friends and family the same."
