"Bought a vanity column shelf from them. It turned out beautiful but installation was a nightmare. All of the screws dumped in one bag with no labels. Same with most of the pieces having no labels either and the tiny, confusing instruction manual didn't help. Reached out upset to support and they sent me an installation video, but made no acknowledgement of the poor packaging. Overall, customer service and packaging could be better, but everything else is perfect."
