"Bad experience. I am not even a customer, had there delivery driver for the Little York location cut me off. Then when I stopped at store to tell him I was calling him in for his reckless driving, I was fed a lie about how I pulled a gun on him… by his manager who was concerned about both parties safety. So I asked the manager to contact the store so we both can review the tape and she declined to carry on the conversation further. Still never apologized for her drivers poor driving conduct. Dishonest managers and employees, this is the second location I have seen shady dealings with this store chain. Hope someone from the BBB would take a closer look at these stores something fishy."

"As a previous loyal customer of another location, this location was completely rude and inconsiderate. I returned to the company because of the first great experience I had. I wish that I lived closer to the other location I did business with before, they definitely provided better customer service than what I received from Robert and this location. Disheartening to see how different franchise stores are."
