"Ordered trash cans in April 2019 - the sales person quit and the ball was dropped - why no one ever went through her emails, I am not sure. Had paid the deposit and everything. In October we finally realized they were not on the jobsite and reached out. Had to reorder and manufacturer had to make these for us, with a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Those 6 weeks passed with no trash cans. It took an additional 2 weeks, when we finally reached out directly to the manufacturer. Debner provided NO UPDATES to us, even after they were delivered. Unfortunately, the client wanted these specific cans. We love to use a local based company, but will be ordering from another supplier in the future. Awful customer service. Step it up, Debner."
