"Horrible experience. Ordered the King Spindle Bed for $3400, with "white glove" service. Waited the six to eight weeks. Never called to let me know delivery window - I had to call them. When they showed up, very nice men but when they start bringing in the bed, I said "Hey that looks broken" and sure enough, it had been dropped and the headboard snapped (not at a joint). The construction looked questionable to me so I called CService and they agreed to refund in full. But instead, they BILLED my credit card. I have been calling & calling to get my $6800 off my VISA. They sent an email apologizing but guess what!?....STILL ON MY VISA!! The store folks were very nice - but beyond placing the order have no way to help you."
