"Really enjoyed walking through the store. There were a number of items on sale, and staff was helpful in finding things. Prices were generally high, but this is a crate and barrel store. We loved their dinnerware and glassware."

We bought an entryway cabinet that had a slight issue with the door, and the customer service rep brought someone in just 2 days to get it fixed. "It is a nice medium sized store/showroom. Employees are helpful. I just came by for pick up order. There was an issue with missing several items and the store manager quickly rectified it. No complaints. Parking is accessible and paid by meter."
"Great “showpiece” store to get inspo and see things in person. However they don’t have everything, and even if you want to buy something off the floor (because you don’t want to wait months and months for shipping) they won’t sell it to you. So frustrating. Sometimes the sales reps aren’t super helpful either."
"DO NOT BUY FROM CB2 or Crate&Barrel. If I could put no stars I would. I have been on the phone with this company 5 times this week and nothing has been resolved. Please, please DO NOT BUY FROM CB2 or Crate&Barrel. Firstly, they have a shipping “crisis” and twice now I have been promised delivery dates that have been changed the day before the promised date. Now, I just opened a shipment from them and the shelf is bent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret the day you stepped foot in their store. I’ve been waiting since February for a replacement of another order that arrived shattered in pieces. Costumer service did nothing and I’ve waited for hours to talk to a human. I’ve never experienced this level of incompetence."
