"Huge Huge disappointment. We had our new desk delivered on Dec 20th. When it was delivered it had two areas that were damaged. We called Karla our rep and told her and she said no issues, we will get it fixed. Well short of the story is after involving 4 diff people including Karla, Karla's Manager and Orlando (the person who is in charge of repairs) nothing still has been done after countless emails, texts, etc. So today I paid someone 200 dollars to fix it on my own. How can you sell furniture at this price point and then not have someone to fix it. Truly unbelievable. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this store at all costs."

"Always a pleasure shopping with Keith at this store; he’s always polite, professionalism and makes one relaxed. Some staff are snubby, unless you ooze money(which can be deceiving). Lots of modern and colorful furniture. A little pricey, but the quality and brands are well worth it. Most items are custom ordered and sometimes takes months to be delivered- well worth it. Floor models if available for sale sometimes sold at high discounted prices. Parking available. Overall, I love the store."

"beautiful store. came here for one of txdw events and had a great time. Adriana was friendly and so as the other staffs I met there. My favorites were the bubble collection by sacha lakic and this dark green fluffy velvety chair. the colorful rug at the entrance was a statement piece i liked. they mainly work with 10 set designers and so you get to see their stuff throughout the store. the showroom is very well organized. parking can be a bit crazy especially for an event like this, but during normal hours i don't think there will be any problems."

"Great furnirure store. Incredible designs very high end and expensive. It is not a place people will walk in and just furnish their house. I bought a few pieces of RB furniture years ago and paid an arm and a leg. But they are still like new. Quality shows itself as time passes. Only issue i have w/most of their designs is the height of the furniture. Some are unnecessarily too low that once you sit you cant even get up. I understand contemporary but besides the look comfort is also important. Even though i like the looks and can afford them, i ll not pick some of those very low furniture."
