"Pottery Barn is such a joke. Ordered a stroller and didn't know I needed a separate part. Tried to cancel a few minutes after I had placed the order on Feb 8th, they told me they couldn't cancel my order and I would have to wait for them to process my order and for them to ship it out which it would be Feb 23... smh."

"Their "white glove service" is a joke. They're supposedly not allowed to drill into wood, so I've got a ton of heavy pieces I have to assemble and lift by myself. I wouldn't have bought if I'd known this."

"Don’t buy the dream sectional. Dropped a ton of money on one. Im not sure if their display dream sectional at the store have better cushion. When we sat on it at the showroom it felt comfortable and supportive almost like lying in a temper-pedicure mattress. When we got our couch it’s mushy you sink into the couch and the pillows are paper thin fluffed with feathers that falls out of the casing. Very very disappointing. Took 4 months to get the couch delivered as well. Honestly living spaces have better furniture for 1/4 of the price. Big mistake for trying to buy something nice."

"I went this afternoon and I was rudely followed the whole time by this employee named Marcela. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time, because every time I looked up I saw her starring at me rudely like I was trying to steal. I’m not sure if this was some sort of racial discrimination, but I will NEVER be coming back to this location because of her! I was actually looking to furnish my new home, but i’ll be looking elsewhere now ! I hope the manager sees this, and correct that behavior because it’s unacceptable."

"The cadre was very helpful, quick, and intelligible. They were able to help me find several pieces of furniture for my house As for the ambiance, the temperature was pleasant, the air, and the cleanliness was to be appreciated. Despite my being in a hurry, the staff was able to follow and provide advice. Ultimately, the reason for the four stars is due to the pricing. Although some pieces are fitting for my house, the price tag is "slightly" overinflated and there is no way of negotiating prices. Nonetheless, my experience was enjoyable, and I surely will be returning in the near future."
