"DO NOT BUY from Sun-Haven. I purchased a very large set of outdoor furniture. The Kensington 12 piece set in navy fabric and gray wicker. I waited well over the timeframe that they said it would be deliver. Like about 6 weeks longer. After that, I could immediately tell this set was no different than the lightweight junky sets you can get in most overstock type websites even though they will sell you on what high quality this is. It is NOT. One piece, the rattan was already coming Unwound straight from the box. The outdoor “fade resistant” fabric. Well it is scratchy as wool. Stiff as cardboard. Not comfortable. And the fade resistant. Well I know that the navy coloring faded all into our clothes. The navy coloring stains anything that touches it. It is a waxy color which is very hard to remove. You can just lightly run your hand over a cushion and your fingers will be covered in this awful blue paint and it stains. Some of the back cushions are completely unusable due to the color transfer. So basically, $4500 for garbage. The clips don’t work to hold the set together and the pieces are constantly shifting and moving around and unless you do some modifications with Velcro, don’t expect any of the cushions to stay out either. So disappointed. Would really like a full refund. We refuse to sit on it because it is not comfortable, slides around, feels dirty all the time, won’t come clean and leaks waxy navy spray paint color all over our clothes. Do NOT BUY this set."
