"As a disclaimer, I did not attend the Brandeis School of Law but was admitted. The admissions department is accommodating. Dean Stiegelmeyer was always available, moved his schedule around to give me a tour of the school, and introduced me to the faculty. The faculty was passionate and engaging. A significant life event occurred upon my first attempt at law school, which was not at the Brandeis School of Law. There is solitude in knowing your institution wants you to succeed and not just chase a US News and Reports higher ranking. The University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law's spirit seems student-centered. I spoke to several law students outside the law school, and they all were delighted with their experience. They liked the school's more "intimate" feel and felt they were on a first-name basis with faculty and administration. Dean Stiegelmeyer was on a first-name basis with every student during my tour. Outside the law school, the campus is beautiful. There are many places for students to enjoy. The restaurants are plentiful, the gym is world-class, and the campus is compact and manageable. For me, law school came down to timing. As an older student, I needed to ensure the time was right. Unfortunately, this year is not the time. However, the Brandeis School of Law outshines all of the law schools I visited. I would highly recommend anyone to attend the Brandeis School of Law. The school is rich with tradition, has terrific faculty, and it's clear that Louis D. Brandeis' spirit is still alive."

"Had a wonderful experience at University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, would highly recommend to anyone considering law school. Great legal education, supportive and inclusive staff always striving to do better, and academics that are often geared to future success in the actual practice of law. They also work hard to maintain a diverse, varied composition of students that helps bring varying and competing perspectives to the classroom. As a note, when I attended, we had an incredibly high bar passage rate and from what I understand that has continued. The facilities are more than what is required for school and class. I wouldn't place much stock in the us rankings / world report nonsense but actually go visit each school you are considering to see if it is an actual fit for you (not just a paper fit of best ranked)."

"The facility is a little old but both my professors and fellow students have been helpful, friendly, and supportive. The education is top notch and it is helping to prepare me for employment locally once I graduate. I'm actually enjoying law school more than I thought I would!"
