"Had an initial exam months ago and have been repeatedly leaving them messages about at least considering scheduling a second appointment, to no avail. It's so dejecting that nobody will even return my phone call for a second evaluation after multiple calls. What an awful joke."

"I had my initial consultation for my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Davis. He was very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt great about scheduling my procedure. The office was extremely clean, everyone was nice. Today I had my procedure with Dr. Dombrowski & Dr.Way and there assistant who took such great care of me. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Between parking, signing in, speaking to both doctors, and the actual procedure- I was there for an hour. They answered all of my questions, made me as comfortable as possible & sent me home with some extra supplies. I paid $98 to have both top wisdom teeth removed. After my dentist gave me my referral it did take some time to get an initial consultation appointment but after that, the appointment for the procedure did not have much of a wait and many dates available to work around my schedule."

"The students and dentist were great! Our little one got a new lower tooth since he broke his permanent one in half. You can’t even tell which one! Thank you UoL Dental School! Highly recommend them due to the service and low price!"

"Absolutely the worst experience of my life. The process started March 2022 for my husband and he still hasn’t gotten the procedure finished. I have been forced yes FORCED to sit in the lobby for 8 hours with my 3 year old while my husband was in surgery. They have billed us over and over and have lied to us repeatedly and today my husband was sent home yet again dissatisfied and disappointed. Edit: 2/27/2023. I contacted U of L today after yet another horrible experience to now be told that we owe an additional $14000 on top of the $14000 that was already paid. No notice. Wasn’t told that from the beginning. We were told $15000 at the most. Most ridiculous customer service I have ever had and I hate being lied to. At this point I would have rather have gone to an actual dentist. Let’s not forget to mention also that we have insurance and they did not use it and they knew about that as well. So I paid for insurance that they refused to use and now they want more money. Ridiculous. Edit: Update 3/3/2023. Talked with Erica on the phone and basically U of L doesn’t care that they swindled us. Not willing to fix this, they just want money, money, money. If I knew the actual cost I would have used a private dentist. I’ve been trying to contact them to schedule an appointment to discuss paperwork and numbers and now I can get ahold of NO ONE. Oh and to top that off I’ve talked to 9 different people and NO ONE wants to take responsibility of the department. You just get bounced around. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! How does doing all the work cost 14200 and then snapping teeth in cost $14000? Makes ZERO SENSE. U of L is a teaching school. A private dentist was going to charge the same amount. So please don’t be a Guinea pig. Go somewhere else. This is a life changing experience don’t be this school’s lab rat. Edit: Update on 3/10/2023 we have decided to take our business somewhere else after trying to find a solution and U of L trying to charge double what other practices are charging. Thankfully we caught on to their dirty business practices. RUN! Oh and I reached out to their assurance phone number and never got called back!"

"Called to find out pricing on affordable services, and was told they can’t offer that. Full stop. No explanation. I responded…”okay how am I to know if I’m going to pay a couple hundred dollars for a services vs hundreds?” Response was you have to be a comprehensive patient here and get all of your services done by us. Again, full stop. Just not making any effort to help or to offer suggestions, or to try and recruit me as a patient. I would have suggested to become one myself, but the interaction was just weird from the start and I didn’t want to talk with said person to try and figure out options. Talked with 2 people and neither seemed to be very friendly. Neither mean, but neither friendly. Second person just didn’t even try to help, and hung up on me when I said nevermind."
