Mike's service was exceptional and outstanding; he stayed an hour after closing and was extremely patient and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me find the perfect pillow without being pushy. I ended up leaving with not 1, but 2 pillows! Would HIGHLY recommend this location for their 5-star service and attention to detail."

"Reggie helped us out over the weekend. Phenomenal service, put up with our two little boys while being fun, professional, and personable. I have been having back problems and the ILE is a godsend, immediately relieved pain and pressure just in the hour or so that we spent in the store. He showed us different beds, various settings on each mattress, even picked out pillows we use at home to give us the full experience. He helped us set up the app and different ways to earn rewards. "Horrible company to do business with. When we took delivery of the mattress there was a spot on it. Plus the one side did not lay right and it did not sit on the frame square which the delivery guys did not seem to care about. They made up some stupid excuses. Contacted customer support and the store...told them to wait on sending a new mattress to make sure it's the one we want. After 30 days, decided we wanted a different mattress. Sure but we are going to charge you $249 for the tech delivery...they said. This is after we saved them an additional mattress! They are now going to come pick their mattress up and I will buy from a company that appreciates their customers and does not take advantage of them."
