"Being desperate for an item, I made an order even after reading a couple reviews here regarding a bad order or receiving no order at all. I took a chance. At first, things were alright. My payment was made through paypal, they gave me an order confirmation. Contacting them was a little strange, I sent an email to help@selectfurniturestore.com asking for a tracking number, but I got an email from ws@supportingbuyers.com by a guy named Steve. Steve said my order was already shipped and that they would get an tracking number for me soon. But Steve lied. After trying to call the number Steve had dozens of times, only to hear the recording: "The Google Subscriber you have called is not available", I questioned if Steve was even working for this company or just some guy trolling me. Any email I sent to selectfurniturestore went to Steve, and even calling their phone number got me no one. After 4 days, I was suddenly refunded, and Steve told me they actually didn't have my order. I can forgive a store that accidentally lists an item in stock when it isn't, but to confirm that it is and claim it is already being shipped when it isn't is blatant lying and entirely deceitful."

"Worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. I ordered it 3 weeks ago... They never gave me a tracking number.. and I still haven't received the item. I'm in the process of now getting my money back which could take up to a month. Oh and when you call their number it is not currently set up to receive calls... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Do not purchase from this company. They advertise something when the item you receive is something else, then have the audacity to charge a 25% restocking fee, then give you the run around about the return for a month, then finally email you back and say they can’t refund because it’s over their 7 day return policy even though I emailed about the return by the 4th day. I’m so deeply disturbed by the company I hope no one uses them. I’m out 175 dollars when both my husband and I are now out of a job due to covid-19 and we have three kids under 5 at home we need to feed. Please, don’t feed a greedy company!"
