AT&T Store

"I had come in the morning when everyone was having issues with there phones being in sos mode because of some attack and the man that was there came out of the store early to let those that were there know what info he had on that and when I asked if he would still think it would be possible to get me a new phone as mine was already having issues he offered to give a try as we didn't know if it would be possible. When the man opened the doors he let those who were there know about the info he had and as I was there for a bit already he immediately got me in to help me. During our interaction there was a man who tried to get violent giving me threats and your store clerk told him if he was to continue threatening a paying customer infront of him he could leave from the store and it made me really happy that your clerk was willing to go so far"

"I have had 3 different experiences in this store. 1st one was fine. Down hill from there. They are rude. They don’t listen to what is asked and what I need. Only interested in making a sale. The big guy that waited on us is probably going to keep me from buying anything at this store again. AT&T has poor service as it is and this doesn’t help. I am thinking of changing providers."
