"Ordered a king size bed from Cantoni. The bed arrived well packed, well-built, but had a problem with fitting our mattress. After initial conversation with support and not getting much help there, we reached out to one of the managers at Cantoni (Luca). He thoroughly investigated the issue and agreed that the bed has a design issue and Cantoni will pick it up for a full refund. Luca went further by helping us select another bed and let us keep the current bed while we’re awaiting for new bed delivery. He went above and beyond to help us in this situation. We’ll update this review with pictures once the new bed arrives (can’t wait)."
