"I ordered a Queen-size and what I received was more like a Full-size. Sleeping in this bed was HORRIBLE!!! I'm only 5'2 in height and my feet are literally at the end of the bed! A Queen-size measures W60xL80 and this bed falls short of those measurements. I called the Vintage location where I purchased it and they didn't care or have the time. It's apparent that all they wanted was my money! UPDATE Customer service sent their technicians out to measure this "fake queen-size" and their conclusion was that it's definitely not a queen-sized bed. They promised to inform their supervisor and that someone would get back to me asap to correct this mistake. It's been a week and no one has contacted me! ANOTHER UPDATE I spoke with their corporate office this morning and am waiting on their "solution". However, I don't think they want to help resolve this issue. They're telling me that they will start the refund process but that I'll have to keep the base. Telling them that I'm having heart surgery on July 12th and would like to have a bed set up by then has and is falling on uncaring and deaf ears! They lied to me/straight false advertising because it's not a queen-sized bed and it's so uncomfortable! My next stop is the FTC, media, and any entity that helps the elderly and disabled who has been scammed and taken advantage of!"
