"CHECK YELP, not these Google reviews! Completely unprofessional. Had an appointment scheduled at 1:15 for my son, which they had no record of for some reason and even admitted to me that it happens all the time. There was no one else there (now I understand why) and it still took an hour and a half to get my sick 11month old to a room. The second time I told them that we were going to come back later, all of a sudden there was a room open! what a coincidence… also, they had not run my insurance yet. They proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong with him and that they would call me for the copay. They called me the next morning and demanded I pay $115 out of pocket for the appointment bc they don’t take Medicaid. There was no mention of that before the appointment. I stated very clearly that I would pay $60 if they would take care of the other half and we could forget about everything. If not, we would pay in full and just go somewhere else next time we need medical care. They wanted the $115 instead of our patronage. Very disappointed in this clinic."
