"CARLOS does dirty grimy business! I called and let him know that one of the legs of my bed has the holes on the wrong side so i could not assemble the bed, instead of professionally assisting me, he got angry and stated that i DO NOT know what I’m doing and that it would be an additional $100 to come help me. I advised that i would see if I’m doing something wrong and would call back if i needed him to come out and help. When i called back less than an hour later, he stated that i would now have to pay $150 for his assistance with Assembly and that even if the piece is not the correct piece for my bed, i would not receive a refund! He is irate, unprofessional and rude!"
