"If I could give 0 stars I would have. Make sure when you go their Julith doesn’t help you because she is a liar and a deceiver!!! She told me to not take a box spring with the bed because it already has a base and the mattress we choose was high enough! After purchasing two bedroom sets and to living room sofas $13,700 and paying $380 for delivery my bedroom set was a hot mess without the box spring! I reached out about the Miss information she said “sorry I told u what I was told to tell you” but if u want the box spring it’s an additional $150 plus you have to come for it! I called the store directly she answered “mute” the line then came back and told me her manager is in Dallas not in the store and what she told me is the final decision! No customer service, bad business management and I just wanted to talk to the manager so they can come take alllll this from my house and give me my money back! I needddddd to get my money way back and you guys come get your furniture from my house!"
