Dongola School Unit District 66 is a primary and secondary school located at 1000 High Street in Dongola, Illinois, United States. Our institution is dedicated to creating a community of learners and leaders, where students can grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially. We prioritize strong communication among all stakeholders, including students, teachers, families, friends, and community members.

Our return-to-school plan for the 2021–2022 school year outlines safety guidelines, cleaning protocols, preventative measures, and self-screening tests to ensure a safe environment for everyone. We also have health and wellness policies in place to address the challenges of the upcoming school year.

Our students are actively participating in assessments such as the IAR and PSAT 8 to help guide their academic pathways for future success. We recently received a Summative Designation from the Illinois State Board of Education, a testament to our commitment to excellence.

We are currently seeking applicants for various teaching positions, including Math, Science, English, Drivers Education, Physical Education, and Health. Additionally, our Board of Education meeting has been rescheduled to November 29 at 6:30pm.
