"I hate to leave a one star review because Lauren the provider is amazing. Lauren put in a prescription on November the 13th that needs approval from my insurance company. We have military(Tricare ) insurance. They don’t give us insurance cards and the staff cannot figure out how to submit my info. I still don’t have my prescription, super glad this isn’t a bigger issue than migraines. I get a message about once a week with them following but they have yet to call to get this worked out. At this point I’m waiting to see how long it takes."

"My family had been patients with Capital Family for 20+ years. The transition to Baptist Health has been frustrating and unprofessional. My daughter was seen at 930, in extreme pain, referred to a specialist- told us a prescription would be called in until her appointment tomorrow. After a 3rd call to the office about the prescription, and now 30 minutes before closing, we were told one prescription was called into a pharmacy across town bc of it being a compound and the 2nd prescription of antibiotics were called in to Walmart. Why would you do that? I travel to both pharmacy’s, but they had not called in the 2nd prescription. Now the office is closed but staff is supposed to answer the phone from 430-600, calling at 545, no answer. I was able to leave a message for the on call physician who immediately called back and had the prescription fixed within minutes. Five stars for the on call - zero for office. Also taking suggestions for a new GP for our family."

"I gave 2nd chance to Baptist Health but the result is the same. It shouldnt cost $226 to see a primary care physician for 10 mins when having one of the best insuraces. They asked if I want to get general check up while there but I learned my lesson last time and refused them. They tried to direct me to their own MRI center saying sometimes doctors dont accept the MRI here in town. I was supposed to drive 30 miles to get MRI, pay more and get it after 5 weeks of visiting the doc while having intense neck pain. Luckily, my insurance billing company called and warned me all about these. I drove only 2 miles and got my MRI only 5 days after visiting the doctor and price was $150 cheaper. Baptist Health is nothing but money trap they dont care about your medical condition. They got my adress wrong and if I didnt have online sign up probably I would have only heard about my bill upon a collection call. I dont understand why they ask if I am christian on their new patient form What would make any difference? I visited Dr. Bucher because he has all 5 star reviews and had to wait 5 weeks. He is ok doctor but I can tell he was taught to charge money to a patient as much as he could. I will never ever visit Baptist Health again."

"I was given nothing but the run around about a dr and I guess p.a visit for the past month!! I had an appt 2 weeks ago for what was supposed to be a physical and I was told I need to go to the west side, they diagnosed me with a sinus infection and sent me on my way after the 2 minute dr phone call...I call and made an appt at Westside explaining I need refills on my meds and my knee checked bc its been very sore...and because a p.a was seeing me she couldn't full my controlled substance which was another run around for me, bc they wanted to schedule yet another appt for that and i had already been out of my meds for over a week so I walked out an left. All of this was such a waste of time and I will not recommend anyone here and I'm pulling my fiance from east side as well. You can't mess with people's health and give them the run around like that. I was treated like garbage from both offices."

"The worst office I have ever experienced. I had a minor insurance card issue that would have taken 5 minutes to fix and they told me I’d have to reschedule because it “would hold up the line” (from the office manager’s mouth- sorry my health is an inconvenience? Wow) even though I was 20 mins early to my appointment AND there’s a 15 minute grace period after your appointment time. I had over half an hour I could have fixed it and be seen that day but the woman that told me it wouldn’t be possible couldn’t look up from scrolling her phone for longer than 5 seconds to be bothered to help me. After getting my insurance company involved, they were not apologizing and blaming everyone else possible for the issue. The office manager was able to reschedule me the next day, except when I showed up to that appointment it wasn’t in the computer. They did absolutely nothing to help me after I showed up two days in a row unable to see a doctor. I had to arrange childcare and waste my time two days in a row all because of their office staff incompetence. I would never recommend this office to anyone."
