The girls in the back are always so patient and thorough with my children. The front desk staff are always so helpful and efficient. EVERYONE is just SO friendly and Dr. B is the best!!! Not to mention the new building is beautiful! I truly can’t recommend them enough!"
"Worst experience of our life! Wanted to give my child 8 silver teeth for 1 broken tooth (said the other 7 were a preventative). Wanted to put my child under general anesthesia at a surgery center to do it also. Was going to cost us 3000 dollars with insurance. Got a second opinion at Pediatric Dentistry of Shelbyville and they were appalled!! My child walked away from Shelbyville with ONE silver tooth...not 8. Never went under anesthesia of any kind and cost me $200. They told me they would never give silver teeth as a prevention method let alone put children under general anesthesia that don't need to be! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!"
"The hygenist was good with the kids, not as good with the parent. Instead of a tactful way of saying she didn't need my help with the kids, she clammed up with an attitude. Needs a little training on communicating with the parents if she doesnt like what they are doing. Other than that I'd recorecommend"
"I was very pleased with my experience with the staff of Frankfort pediatric dentistry. Everyone was very nice and made my kids feel welcome. This was my children's first time ever going to a dentist so I was nervous but the staff talked to them and explained what they would be doing before they did it. I will most certainly return for another visit!!"
