"If you’re unfortunate enough to have Kris Barnsfather as your OB/GYN, please make sure your insurance will cover 100% of your medical bills. If not, you will be stuck with an astronomical amount of medical debt due to endless appointments/procedures/and medications after she makes countless, MASSIVE medical errors. I’ve been suffering through truly disabling pain for 17 months because of Barnsfather. She was wildly careless during my delivery, and subsequently with my postpartum checkups. She somehow "forgot" to address the fact I bled significantly during childbirth and never preformed surgery on the tear, inside. I kept going back for appts due to the never ending pain. After three months of appts Dr barnsfather -finally- remembered to do her FIRST proper vagin*l exam where she noticed the tear from childbirth. After surgery the pain only got worse. I stopped seeing her because there was no progress. I was unable to simply -sit down- at 6+ months pp w out crying. I started seeing a specialist and going to PT weekly. After ER visits, urgent care visits, months and months of PT and 20 appts(w the specialist), and 40 nerve blocker shots later at the pain still wouldn't end. I ended up having to get Botox to help stop the pain. I had to take over 2,000 pills... I'm still in PT, I'm still going to need more procedures. I'm constantly paying for Dr barnsfathers mistakes. My quality of life has been soooooooo incredibly poor. I can't even work to help cover the bills. Norton did two investigations on her but decided- eh, whatever well just keep letting her practice even though shes a massive liability. (Pics are of my never ending appts, the print out of the 2000+ pills I had to take, and my favorite part- a blatant lie on my medical records) . Can you spot it? I recommend you switch doctors asap."

"I see Gynecologist Sarah Hargrave here and she is great! On occasion had to see a different doctor named Kathryn to get a surgical procedure done, which she is also a great doctor! Performed well and had no issues prior! On one occasion, my last appointment, had to see Susan. Now, it seemed a bit odd as she could not hear, so I had to yell while she performed a female exam. Didn't really feel comfortable yelling in a room about my personal business, but okay. The more strange thing that this Gynecologist (Susan) did, as I later was going through my notes on my My Chart, is that she typed in what I smelled like!??? Seriously! Now that's getting a little carried away with my personal business and shouldn't be put into my notes from my Gynecologist. Other than that incident I'd recommend Sarah or Kathryn, as they are very professional and friendly!"

"They seem to treat you as a body rather than a human being. I am almost halfway through my pregnancy and haven’t been able to meet or be seen by an actual doctor, just nurses. I am at high risk as I explained to them, and staff doesn’t seem to care. So if you are looking for hospitality or a place that cares for your health you are looking at the wrong place."

"I left Dr. Bunch’s exam room crying. If you’re looking for a provider to listen and care, go somewhere else. She “shushed” me multiple times and told me “please just listen to me” when I was telling her my issues/concerns. Told me she didn’t believe I had the issues I told her I was having and had… She’s very rude and told me I just need to lose weight and my problems would resolve… which is false. Didn’t care that I hadn’t had a period in 3-4 months. Done absolutely nothing about that. Also told me if I ever wanted to become pregnant I’d have to “go somewhere else or just see someone else here - I’ve quit delivering babies”… so rude."

"The checking in situation is a bit odd. I feel like I’m just standing around waiting for someone to say something and if it’s the lady with the long hair and glasses you’ll be waiting a while. Other than that, I saw Dr. O’Brien for my prenatal and postpartum appts. Her and Ashley are so sweet and I’ve never left the office with any unanswered questions. I would definitely recommend them for someone looking for care."
