"I had a horrendous experience at Exclusive Furniture Store West Oaks, largely due to the appalling behavior of one of their employees. Tay, Not only did she lack basic customer service skills, but she also resorted to yelling at me and even threatened to call the cops over a minor issue. This level of aggression and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, It's clear that Exclusive Furniture Store fails to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service, and her behavior exemplifies their lack of professionalism and respect for patrons. I strongly advise potential customers to take their business elsewhere unless they want to endure such appalling treatment."

"My wife and I visited the store one Sunday morning to see the Pink Velvet Jolie bed we found online. To our disappointment, Norman's conduct was extremely unprofessional. While we were testing the bed, he made inappropriate remarks about joining us in it. Additionally, the saleswoman for the mattresses attempted to sell us a $600 mattress that was unwrapped and scattered across the floor. Our experience took a further bizarre turn when the so-called "manager" appeared, demonstrating equally unprofessional behavior by showing us her unkempt toes and mentioning their use for selling foot pictures, among other things. Overall, the experience was incredibly strange and not worth the high prices. We ultimately went to another furniture store where we found the King Romance Bed with a quality mattress for $1250, including delivery and setup. I would advise others to avoid wasting their money, or at least their time, at this location."

"Wonderful experience at exclusive furniture today. Went to a variety of other stores, and out of them all I had the best experience at EF. Kema did an exceptional job. She made me feel extremely comfortable (unlike other pushy/money hungry sales people) and was very knowledgeable about all the furniture pieces and stock. She picked up on small things from our conversation and tailored a selection of furniture to specific needs I didn’t even realize I had. She let me take as much time as I needed to decide while I consulted family members on the phone and didn’t make me feel as if I was ruining my life if I didn’t make a purchase. After sofa shopping the past 3 days I greatly appreciated that. Very pleased with the price I got and the protection plan I added. Can’t wait to get my sofa. Thanks again Kema!
