"I booked direct with the hotel, big mistake. Travel plans, I arrived 1 day early. Anyone would expect it easy to adjust with hi tech of today, big mistake. An abrupt dismissal at the front desk. I was expected to pay the extra nights fee. Un acceptable. Gladly stayed at Hilton a few miles further away for 1 night. My next trip will be sleeping a little further away. My previous night at the little Rock Arkansas Hilton staff was happy to accommodate my early arrival without any issue."
