"Our community mailbox keys were stolen. Instead of securing all mail, and asking us to come in to collect it along with our new keys, they posted a sign on the mailbox. Sure enough, I have a missing package. They are sending me the documentation via the mail. I'll give you one guess as to the address they're sending it to. I wish I could make this up."

"I ship a lot. This is the slowest post office in San Antonio . Hands down. There drop box is always clogged and no one ever deals with it. Waiting in line for a 20 -30 minutes to drop my prepaid stuff off is ridiculous."
