"The quality of the service is okay. We are a guest of 3, two of my family members went downstairs to get their water bottles. When I went down to ask for mine, the receptionist seemed annoyed and irritated. She told us that she had already given them to us. It was nothing special—just water. The hotel’s inventory would not be drastically losing profit for a bottle of water. Anyways, we decided to get some water at the bar since that was free. (Edit): the night shift receptionist is very kind and accommodating. She’s great!"

"We have hosted numerous training sessions at the hotel, consistently experiencing exceptional customer service. Thanks, Michelle! The catering services are convenient, and the breakfast options are excellent. However, I believe there's room for improvement in the aesthetics of both the meeting rooms and sleeping accommodations. A modernization effort could greatly enhance the overall experience."

"We held a regional meeting at this location. The meeting space was a good size for our group of about 35 people. Our employees who stayed on site enjoyed the complimentary reception in the evening. The box lunch options were ok, but for the price I expected a bit more. The staff was very friendly. The room I was in was a little dated and could use some work. It was clean, but definitely needed work. You could see where there had been some previous leaks covered up. Overall, I would recommend, just know that it's a mid level location."

"Michelle was a pleasure to work with. We had our company SKO and needed room for all the reps. She gave me a great package! When I checked in she had made a folder with everything I would need for the week. She made my life easy! Hotel was in good condition, rooms nice and breakfast & happy hour great. Highly recommend."

"DO NOT BOOK! I booked a room at this location for a graduation I attended with my wife. We normally book at Embassy Suites anytime we travel and love the perks like free breakfast and happy hour. There is no amount of free snacks or drinks that could make up for this horrible stay we experienced. The rooms are very old and dated! When I say old, I mean the furniture is falling apart. Couches are ripped and torn from being used so many times. They looked so bad I was afraid to sit all of the way back, and would only sit near the edge of couch. It was also freezing in this room because the heater did not work. Should I mention this was in the middle of December. The walls were dirty with brown stains on them. Would it really be too much to at least paint the rooms every 10 years? Sinks were also stopped up and would not drain. Please do your research and DO NOT book here. Even 4-5 months prior to my stay, there are reviews complaining about the same problems (non working heaters, sinks and showers wont drain). The hotel is aware and chooses to still rent out these rooms that they are aware are non functional. They feel like they can just offer you a few rewards points to smooth things over. These problems need to be fixed. You can not rent rooms in the winter to people if the heat does not work. That is inhumane! We do not want your points, we want to be warm! Will never stay here again!"
