It is set up primarily for students of UK, but there are also individual apartments. I have not lived here, so cannot comment to that experience, but Hannah W did a great job showing the place."

"Do NOT live here if you are looking for a nice place to live. I had mold growing in my apartment from the ceiling, the AC went out multiple times in the year, the sink leaked out water, the toilet never flushed, some burners on the oven didn't work, and you could feel the springs through the bed. I tried to move in 2 days early and they wanted to charge me $200 for cleaning purposes, but upon move-in, the apartment was completely filthy. There was hair still in the shower, stained drawers/cabinets, wet footprints on the floor, paint on the bed, discoloration of paint on the walls, etc. The complex staff offers absolutely no help or compensation for your problems. They always came in randomly, were extremely rude, and charge you for things you shouldn't be charged for. Not to mention you can never have guests over because the parking passes only work at certain times and they WILL report then tow. Overall, the rent price is not worth dealing with all of these issues!!!"
