"I wish I could give them a zero star rating. The WORST management I have ever experienced. It is sickening how much they scam out of college age kids. Don't waste your time here, plus you can find a better walk to campus. I had mold in my bathroom when I moved in and when I brought this to their attention they ignored the issue. They ignore anything you have to say, it's exhausting trying to communicate with them. They only care abut money. Only good part was the friends I made from this place, so I guess the one star is good for that."

"The apartments are spacious, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is quite large and well-appointed. The apartment comes furnished. The rent is reasonable. There are numerous dents and dings in the walls, doors and appliances, which is not unexpected in a college apartment. However, this rating is due to the lack of cleanliness upon moving in. Quite simply, it was not clean. Our daughter's bathroom was gross. We spent several hours just cleaning and we are by no means neat freaks. I cannot speak for the other apartments so perhaps this was an isolated case. Again, it is a spacious, well-appointed apartment close to campus so we will see how it goes this year."

"Fantastic! The Townhomes provided me a perfect gym that I use pretty much everyday. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I also have SO much space in my bathroom and bedroom. This was my first apartment and I can easily say I was not disappointed and recommend living here to anyone looking an affordable and fun place to live!"
