"The worst pool company around!!! AVOID like the plague. After terrible experiences at the Shelbyville Rd location I had to take an under warranty pool cleaner in for repair. It took 2 weeks to even check it out, no paperwork to document l dropped it. After calling multiple times, finally said it's fixed and good to go. Bring home and it's still not working. I doubt they even looked at it!!! Terrible service. Go anywhere else!!!"

"Having a terrible experience here. Scheduled a pool opening on March 28th for May 6, 2022 and got a no call, no show. Have reach out to their customer service department. Which they outsource to the Philippines, and am being told they have no technicians available. Yeah… that’s why I booked an appointment 6 weeks ago. Terrible, terrible customer service and company"
