"Our account manager Taylor Walker at Taylor Made Compounding is pivotal to our business operations. She is prompt and professional. Taylor Made is lucky to have such a competent individual representing their pharmacy."
"I am associated with Tailor Made Compounding for over 5 years. It is absolute professional behavior in every interaction. They follow mammoth amount of processes and never cut corners. TMC pay special attention to all of their processes as expected from a high end professional pharmacy."
"I feel compelled to share an absolutely shocking experience that myself and my clinic had with TailorMade Compounding Pharmacy. As a clinic specializing in weight loss treatment utilizing semaglutide, we prioritize patient safety and rely on accurate, consistent, and transparent information to provide effective care. However, our interaction with TailorMade has left us deeply concerned and alarmed. Recently, we had a patient who had previously used TailorMade's services for their prescriptions. Wanting to ensure the highest level of care for our patients, we reached out to TailorMade to inquire about their general titration schedule for semaglutide. This is a standard procedure in the industry, as most reputable pharmacies have a well-defined titration schedule in place as a baseline guideline for new patients who are prescribed their substances. To our astonishment, what we encountered was an utterly disturbing lack of professionalism and transparency. It's crucial to emphasize that our request didn't involve seeking specific patient details; we were solely interested in understanding TailorMade's general titration approach. Their response was deeply unsettling. TailorMade refused to provide any clarity on their titration practices, leaving us perplexed and concerned. They stated that each patient follows an individualized titration schedule, devoid of any standardized protocol. While they vaguely mentioned weekly dosage increments, they evaded crucial details such as the increment amount and any clear guidelines. The gravity of this situation becomes even more concerning when considering that semaglutide, a medication with a well-defined FDA-approved titration schedule, involves monthly dosage increases for safety and efficacy. TailorMade's inability to offer insight into their titration practices casts serious doubt on their commitment to adhering to medical guidelines and safeguarding patient health. Compounding the issue further, learning about TailorMade's multiple citations from the FDA, including instances of sterility failures and recalls, is utterly alarming. One particular instance involved the release and dispensing of a recalled batch of injectable medication to patients, raising red flags about their quality control and patient safety measures. Another problem pertaining to TMC is that in July of 2023, under a FDA inspection they found numerous issues with the storage temperatures of their products, therefore calling into questions the validity of their products - not to mention the owner's felony charge pertaining to his compounding pharmacy... Given this distressing experience and the concerning information at hand, I am left with no choice but to strongly caution against considering TailorMade Compounding Pharmacy for any healthcare needs. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and adherence to industry standards poses significant risks to patient safety. I strongly urge others to explore alternative options for their healthcare needs. Your well-being deserves a pharmacy that prioritizes your safety and provides transparent and effective care, and this compounding pharmacy does neither."
"Terrible customer service regarding the frontline reps. They apparently have no idea what they are doing and more often than not screw my order up if they even bother to place the order at all. Luckily for me, for the last six or seven months I was able to have the manager, Sam T. process my orders. Sam has always been very friendly, professional, understanding, compassionate, accurate, and quick to solve a problem; 100% on top of her game. Honestly, I always feel bad having to contact Sam as I know taking telephone orders from customers is not really her job but she's willing to step in for the seemingly incompetent frontline reps. It is also very disconcerting that almost every time I call the main telephone number nobody picks up the phone. I'll call three or four times a day, but no one answers and I'm sent to voicemail after being on hold for 10 minutes. Such a waste of time. That's when I call Sam directly to help. Another problem TailorMade has is that the processing time is two weeks long and has been for almost a year. I understand being overflowed with orders for a week or two but when I am told the same story for months and months on end, it becomes a lame excuse and quite frankly, it's ridiculous. An executive or somebody should step in and do something to speed things up and get orders out to the customer in a few days, not weeks. I have no idea how this company is still in business. I would switch to another pharmacy in a heartbeat but my doctor has an agreement with TailorMade so I basically have no other option but to use TailorMade Compounding if I want to get my medication. Tailor Made Compounding has earned a grade of F."
"They were very nice to me. I am a patient and have been waiting on my medication. I called to inquire due to length of time. They checked and said they hadn’t received the prescription. I called the provider and discovered it had not been sent as it should have a couple weeks ago. Now that the prescription has been sent, let’s see how long it takes for shipping."
