"I really don’t know why I continue to try and get my meds here… poor customer service, they are rude to you and strait up don’t care. Prob no consequences seeing the amount of pharmacists and techs they go through. Don’t go in 20 mins til they close. They will make you stand there for 10 mins then get mad when you tell them you need recently called in meds. Because they close in 10 mins. And of course they’re not ready because they just called them in an hour ago. I actually witnessed the pharmacist slamming multiple objects because he was mad that people kept coming through the drive through even though they weren’t closed yet. The tech was just as rude and slung my change and medicine at me. Also got an attitude with a man who came up after me. It was 7:55 and she told him they were closed and he argued back with her and told her they had 5 mins and needed the prescription bc their son was sick. The same situation I was in. UTC closes at 8 you close at 8 you’re gonna have people come in for prescriptions. Close earlier if you don’t want to be there or better yet just find a different job."

"They are always friendly but don't bother going to pick up prescriptions after 5:30 on Sunday as they often close before their posted closing time of 6PM. Trust me and save yourself a trip."

"Stopped in to pick up a prescription, waited for about a minute. And other times that I go in a drop off a perscriptions i will look through the store I will find some great deals especially when I have my rewards card on me. I have tried some other pharmacy store's and Walgreen's is by far my favorite."
