"Superb facility, very well organized, everyone was super nice and friendly, got done with my appointment in less than 7mins! Got the passport same day. You need to make appointment online, meet the criteria for renewal and show up with the proper documentation as outlined very clearly on the website. Arrive on time or early and you will be well taken care off. There is a greeter who confirms your appointment and then the security guard will direct you where to sit. There is an expediter who then reviews your paperwork, confirms your travel date and then assigns a date for picking passport. I was traveling the same day, so I got passport the same day. At 8:30am on a Monday, there were zero lines and around 20-30 people in the neat clean waiting area. I was called to a window, paid the fee and got a time to come back and pick up my passport and card. There is ample paid parking around, including 2 garages next door. There is a cafeteria on the 6th floor with good coffee and breakfast tacos. So glad we have this service in Dallas for emergency passports."

"Original application received 10/10/23, it is now 1/6/24 and still NOTHING! I requested expedited process on 1/3/24 due to their process with notifying them 14 days within the travel date…to date still nothing. The associates on the service desk line can not assist besides trying to find you an appointment within the agency which there are absolutely none available. This has been the absolute worst experience ever. Takes well over 12 weeks for standard processing and if you request a rush within 14 days of travel they move even slower. Jamaica trip is headed for disaster. Avoid this office if possible."

"Great service. Employees super helpful and friendly. Needed to get a quick passport for my daughter,. Was informed the 3 months left on her passport was not enough needed 6 months or more 13 days before the trip. Called and got an appointment the following day for 8am. Got there at 7:40. Was told to line up and wait. Very organized. Got us upstairs in groups. Checked in quickly and then paper work checked over. Sent up to get number and have paper work organized. Sat down for a couple of minutes. Called up, signed papers. Paid fees, answered questions and out the door at 8:20. Even got my daughter to high school on time. The passport showed up in the mail the next day. All ready for the trip."
