"Loved my apartment at Spring Street Commons!❣️ Clean, quiet, and perfect location. I could see the walking bridge from my large picturesque windows. Easy access to food and play. Cherry on top - management was great! Rachel was accessible and responsive for any issue that arose. I Got married and moved, but would have loved to stay in this spot much longer."
"I lived in these apartments for a year, they are a newer apartment building with store fronts on the main floor. The property manager was super nice and easy to get a hold of for any issues. While I enjoyed living here there were some downsides: *Parking: Each tenant is given a parking space based off of the number of rooms (2 Bedroom = 2 spaces). However multiple residents have multiple cars which adds up when the parking lot is limited. Residents were discouraged parking on the sides of the parking lot as they were for the "store front tenants" which doesn't make sense. Why make your apartment tenants use Jeffersonville public parking instead of the store fronts? *Trash: While there are "trash cans" lined up on the side of the building, they were always full. It would have been better to have a dumpster for the number of units this complex has. *Outside Noise: My apartment faced Spring Street and the only quiet nights were when it rained or snowed. Across the street is Match Bar and it didn't matter what day of the week it was, between motorcycles and street cars the noise was overwhelming when it came to sleep. If you do look at apartments, I would recommend the back of the building. *Inside Noise: Noise between apartments is noticeable (while it is an apartment complex and internal noise is something that happens, a tenant shouldn't hear every footstep of the person above them). The internal hallway doors slam shut which echo down the hallway at all times of the night. Depending on where you are located from the door this could be an issue. When walking down the hallways you can hear the showers running from the different apartments (which should give you an idea on the thinness of the walls). So if you do decide to apply here, get an apartment facing away from Spring Street, be about middle ways to be away from the slamming hallway doors and prepare for internal noise."
